OKR Strategy and Playbook: Designed the OKR strategy and playbook to guide clients' OKR journeys.
Agile Transformation Rollout: Led the comprehensive Agile transformation for the Infra portfolio Tribe, impacting 35 squads, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and portfolio management.
Coaching and Mentoring: Mentored and coached a team of six internal Agile Coaches, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Training Materials Development: Developed training materials for Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Squads using a train-the-trainer approach.
