We led an Agile transformation by integrating SAFe practices and OKRs, fostering a Lean-Agile culture, and establishing a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) and Value Management Office (VMO).

Implementation

SAFe Training and OKR Workshops: Trained portfolio leads in effective communication and SAFe methodologies and conducted OKR-setting workshops for alignment.


Establishing LACE and VMO: Contributed to creating and expanding LACE and VMO, emphasizing OKRs in strategic decision-making.


Transformation Backlogs: Collaborated with teams and portfolios to create and sustain transformation backlogs, ensuring alignment with OKRs.


Communities of Practice: Facilitated the creation of Communities of Practice for knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
